IT Company, Covent Garden, London

An IT company needed to find a central London base and identified a converted Victorian building in Covent Garden. The brief required work areas, meeting rooms, training facilities and a multi-purpose breakout area for clients to use during seminars and training days.

The reception area was centrally positioned with touchdown booths for visitors to one side and breakout spaces in the multi-storey atrium space opposite.

The large meeting rooms are multi-function spaces which can be subdivided into three smaller meeting rooms with capacity for 24 people. When the sliding and folding walls to the meeting rooms are opened the area can seat 120 people.

Full height pivot doors provide large clear openings to encourage flow between the cellular meeting rooms, the atrium and breakout spaces.

This project was shortlisted for a BCO award.
